Return Policy

We hope you love your Pillow Peel® Daily Pillow Renewal System, but if you need to request a return, we’re here to help.

Return Window

  • You may request a refund on unused product within 15 days of delivery.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after 15 days.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@pillowpeel.com with your order receipt or proof of purchase.

  2. We will provide a Return Authorization Code and the correct return address.

  3. Please do not ship your item without this authorization - returns sent without a code cannot be processed.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a refund, your item must be:

  • Unused

  • In its original packaging

  • In the same condition in which it was received

Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your return reaches us safely.
