You may request a refund on unused product within 15 days of delivery.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after 15 days.
How to Start a Return

Email us at info@pillowpeel.com with your order receipt or proof of purchase.

We will provide a Return Authorization Code and the correct return address.

Please do not ship your item without this authorization - returns sent without a code cannot be processed.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
